Description – The Wildlife Film Festival, the Jackson Whole Grocer, Reduce Reuse Recycle Jackson Hole, Yellowstone Clean Energy Coalition and the Center for the Arts will co-host a FREE day of films, presentations and speakers at the Center for the Arts.

Description – Brian Schilling, Pathways Coordinator for the Town of Jackson, has joined several dedicated community members and organizations in spearheading an Idle-Free Jackson Hole initiative. Come hear as they explain the educational arm of the campaign and answer questions about unnecessary versus necessary idling, wear and tear on engines, community and environmental health, and the economic benefits of an idle-free community. 2:00 – 4:00PM Earth Week Community Conversation With Jackson Hole Energy Sustainability Project (JHESP) Leaders – Located at the Teton County Library – Free Admission
Description – A panel of JHESP Steering Committee Members will give updates on the project and its action plan at this event, and engage the audience through questions and answers.

The JHESP mission is to reduce energy use and avoid high energy costs for our community and our residents. Through changes in our daily habits, we can save tens of millions of dollars. The goal for the project is to achieve a third of the future energy demand through energy-conserving behavior and making our homes and buildings more energy efficient.
