Host a Booth at EcoFair!

Booth Basics

EcoFair booth hosts are expected to not only promote sustainable and ecologically friendly practices both informationally and by example, but also to consider future actions and ongoing growth in sustainability.

We will consider any exhibit setup that makes sense for the content of your presence and message. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact Event Director Virginia Symons to discuss your setup.

Event layout will be designed based on the number and type of participants and their particular setup needs.

All participants must supply and set up/break down their own tents, tables, chairs and, if using electricity, their own electrical strips and 150’ extension cords. Arrangements for electricity must be made in advance.
Eligibility
EcoFair participants should demonstrate a vested interest in a healthy planet on an everyday basis. The focus of the event is to highlight new, creative, easy, functional, and realistic ways for all people to embrace sustainable living in ways that work for them. All booths and presentations should support this concept, and hosts will be asked to provide details about the content of their messaging during the registration process.
All participants must be present from 12pm-5pm on May 16.

Hosting Fees

Standard pop-up tent space (10ft x 10ft) – $110

Non-standard space with own pop-up/structure – $1.25/sqft
